Helena Collection welcomes your orders and inquiries. We guarantee full satisfaction of all our services. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM ~6:30 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM ~5:00 PM, EST.

For Phone orders, please call (212) 967-9945 and for out-of state, call toll free 1(800) 522-9447 (WIGS).
For fax orders, you may dial (212) 967-9952, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For mail orders, please provide the item number, name, color, quantity, etc., along with your name and /or company name, address, and phone number. You may pre-pay by credit card, money order, or authorized business check. Make all checks to Helena Collection. Send your orders to:

All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted unless it has been pre-authorized. Upon approval, merchandise is accepted for store credit or exchange only. No cash refunds. Requests for returns are to be made within 5 days from receipt of goods, accompanied by the sales receipt. The returned merchandise must be contained in its original box with the hair net and hang tag attached. Any item that has been worn, styled, or combed out is non-returnable. Merchandise not meeting these criteria will be refused. Customers are responsible for full shipping costs when returning merchandise that are not the result of the company's errors or factory defects. Special promotional items are non-returnable. Absolutely no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued after 15 days from the invoice date.

Helena Collection accepts payment by major credit cards (American Express, VISA, Mastercard), money order, or C.O.D. upon request. When paying by credit card, please provide your account number and expiration date. Business checks are accepted upon verification. *Pleas note: Return Check Policy--$25.00 fee on returned checks. NY residents are required to add 8.375 sales tax.

We ship by United Parcel Service (UPS) the same day for orders placed before 3 PM, EST. Allow approximately 2 to 7 business days for gound service delivery, depending on the destination. For express orders, we can ship via UPS 3 Day Air, 2 Day Air, or Next Day Air for an additional charge.

Custom orders require a 50% deposit at the time of the order. Any changes made to the original custom order must be mailed or faxed to us within 5 days of the invoice date. We are not responsible for changes to your custom order if they are not received in the allotted time. Note that all custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Factory errors will be corrected in an timely manner. Once the custom order is received, we will notify you promptly. Please allow approximately 6 weeks for delivery.
